The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Circular.

In accordance with the Subscription Agreements, the following shall be satisfied within 5 business days from the payment by the Subscribers. On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Subscribers had on 9 August 2023 via exchange of letters agreed to extend the period to 31 October 2023 for the fulfilment of the following:

(a)     Malacca Securities shall confirm to the Company of such receipt of payment;

(b)     the Company shall allot and issue the Subscription Shares to the Subscribers;

(c)      the Company shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Bursa Depository the share certificate(s) for the Subscription Shares registered in the name of Bursa Depository;

(d)     the Company shall instruct and procure Bursa Depository to credit the securities account of the Subscribers with the Subscription Shares; and

(e)     the Company shall procure the listing of the Subscription Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

For avoidance of doubt, FSBM had on 2 August 2023 allotted the Subscription Shares to the Subscribers. The Subscription Shares will be listed on the same day as the Rights Shares and Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants.
