Reference is made to FSBM Holdings Berhad’s (“FSBM” or “the Company”) announcement dated 23 August 2021 (Reference No. GA1-23082021-00086) in respect of submission of the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for an extension of time of six (6) months i.e., from 15 October 2021 up to 15 April 2022 to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“Application”).

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company has on 22 September 2021 received the letter dated 21 September 2021 from Bursa Securities on its decision of the Company’s Application.

The Board of Directors regrets to announce that Bursa Securities, after due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the Application, has decided to reject the Application. Thus, the Company has up to 15 October 2021 to submit a Regularisation Plan to the regulatory authorities.

In the event the Company fails to submit a Regularisation Plan to the regulatory authorities on or before 15 October 2021, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading of the listed securities of FSBM on the 6th market day after the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities and de-list the Company, subject to the Company’s right to appeal against the delisting.
