Reference is made to FSBM Holdings Berhad’s (“FSBM” or “the Company”) announcement dated 15 June 2020 (Reference No. GA1-15062020-00091) in respect of application for an extension of time for issuance and submission of its Annual Report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports in respect of the financial year/period ended 31 December 2019 (“Annual Report 2019”), and Unaudited First Quarterly Report on Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 March 2020 in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2020 (“First Quarterly Report”).

The Board of Directors of FSBM wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad after taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances, has via its letter dated 22 June 2020 granted FSBM an extension of time of one (1) month until 31 July 2020 [instead of two (2) months until 31 August 2020 as applied] to issue and submit/announce FSBM’s Annual Report 2019 and First Quarterly Report.
