Reference is made to the following requirements:

1. Paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main Market LR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) which requires FSBM Holdings Berhad (“FSBM” or “the Company”) to issue and submit/announce to Bursa Securities and shareholders its Annual Report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports in respect of the financial year/period ended 31 December 2019 (“Annual Report 2019”) within a period of 4 months from the close of the financial year/period then ended, i.e., by 30 April 2020;

2. Paragraph 9.22(1) of the Main Market LR which requires FSBM to issue and submit/announce to Bursa Securities its Unaudited First Quarterly Report on Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 March 2020 in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2020 (“First Quarterly Report”) within a period of 2 months after the end of the first quarter of the financial year, i.e., by 31 May 2020; and

3. the extension of time until 30 June 2020 granted by Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 16 April 2020 to all affected public listed companies, as one of the additional temporary relief measures due to Covid-19, Movement Control Order (MCO) and extended MCO period, for issuance and submission of Annual Reports which are due by 30 April 2020 (which had been extended to 31 May 2020 vide Bursa Securities’ letter dated 26 March 2020 to all affected public listed companies) and Quarterly Reports which are due by 31 May 2020.

The Board of Directors of FSBM wishes to announce that FSBM has on today, 15 June 2020 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of another two (2) months, i.e., from 30 June 2020 up to 31 August 2020 to issue and submit/announce the abovementioned Annual Report 2019 and First Quarterly Report.

An announcement on Bursa Securities' decision on the application will be made in due course.
