Reference is made to FSBM Holdings Berhad’s (“FSBM” or “the Company”) First Announcement dated 16 October 2019 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the subsequent announcements dated 1 November 2019, 2 December 2019, 2 January 2020 and 3 February 2020. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the First Announcement shall apply herein.

In compliance with Paragraph 4.1(c) of Practice Note 17 of the MMLR, the Board of Directors of FSBM wishes to announce that the Company is presently looking into formulating a regularisation plan to address its affected listed issuer status (“Regularisation Plan”).  

Premised on the First Announcement and the announcement dated 2 December 2019 relating to clarification on the First Announcement, the Company is required to submit a Regularisation Plan to the relevant regulatory authorities on or before 15 October 2020, for approval to implement the Regularisation Plan, which is approximately seven and a half (7 ½) months from the date hereof.
