Reference is made to FSBM Holdings Berhad’s (“FSBM” or “the Company”) First Announcement dated 30 December 2019 in relation to the Company being classified as a PN17 Company pursuant to Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the First Announcement.

In compliance with Paragraph 4.1(c) of Practice Note 17 of the MMLR, the Board of Directors of FSBM wishes to announce that the Company is presently looking into formulating a regularisation plan to address its financial condition (“Regularisation Plan”).  

Premised on the First Announcement, the Company is required to submit a Regularisation Plan to the relevant regulatory authorities on or before 29 December 2020, for approval to implement the Regularisation Plan, which is approximately twelve (12) months from the date hereof.
