Reference is made to FSBM Holdings Berhad’s (“FSBM” or “the Company”) announcement dated 22 October 2019 in relation to the Company’s request to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for an extension of time till 31 December 2019 for the issuance of the Company’s Annual Report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2018 (“Annual Report 2018”) (“the Appeal”).

The Board of Directors of FSBM hereby announces that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 6 December 2019 decided:

(1) to allow the Appeal; and

(2) to de-list the Company pursuant to Paragraphs 9.28 and 16.11(1)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements in the event the Company fails to issue the Annual Report 2018 on or before 31 December 2019. In this respect, the securities of the Company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of 2 market days from the date the Company is notified by Bursa Securities or on such other date as may be specified by Bursa Securities.
