Further to the Company’s announcement dated 8 May 2019, the Board of Directors of FSBM Holdings Berhad (“FSBM” or “the Company”) hereby announces that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has via its letter dated 9 August 2019 decided:

1. to defer the de-listing of FSBM provided the Company issues the Annual Report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2018 (“AR 2018”) on or before 30 October 2019; and

2. to de-list the Company pursuant to Paragraphs 9.28 and 16.11(1)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”) in the event the Company fails to issue the AR 2018 on or before 30 October 2019. In this respect, the securities of the Company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of 2 market days from the date the Company is notified by Bursa Securities or on such other date as may be specified by Bursa Securities.
