Reference is made to the announcement dated 9 May 2023 (“Initial Announcement”) in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between FSBM Holdings Berhad’s (“FSBM” or “the Company”) wholly-owned subsidiary, namely FSBM I-Design Sdn. Bhd. ("FSBM I-Design") and Linear Channel Sdn. Bhd. (“LCSB”) for the appointment of FSBM I-Design as a distributor for LCSB in supplying LCSB with laptops, tablets and personal computers for LCSB’s smart agility programme.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement dated 9 May 2023.
