(ii) 118,329,650 free detachable warrants in FSBM ("Warrants") pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 26 September 2023.
