The Board of Directors of FSBM Holdings Berhad ("FSBM" or "the Company") wishes to announce that FSBM has on 23 July 2024 entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with Dato' Tan Hock San @ Tan Hock Ming ("Dato' Tan") and Mr Tan Ee Ern ("TEE") ("Purchasers") to dispose of FSBM's entire shareholdings in Asian Technology Resources Sdn Bhd which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company ("the Disposal"). The Disposal is a Related Party Transaction as Dato' Tan is a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of FSBM, Ms Tan Wan Yen is an Executive Director of FSBM and TEE is a person connected with such Directors are regarded as related parties and are interested/deemed interested in the Disposal.
