Reference is made to the announcement dated 16 January 2025 (“Initial Announcement”) in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between FSBM Holdings Berhad’s (“FSBM” or “the Company”) wholly-owned subsidiary, namely FSBM I-Design Sdn. Bhd. and Cydentiq Sdn. Bhd for the joint collaboration for exploration of a partnership to develop and market innovative solutions.
Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement dated 16 January 2025.
