Reference is made to the announcement dated 16 January 2025 ("Initial Announcement") in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between FSBM Holdings Berhad's ("FSBM" or "the Company") wholly-owned subsidiary, namely FSBM I-Design Sdn. Bhd. and VisionTech Pte Ltd for exploration of collaboration opportunities and partnership opportunities. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that FSBM I-Design Sdn. Bhd. has on 1 July 2025 entered into a Key Strategic Partnerships Agreement with VisionTech Pte Ltd.
