Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 28 February 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used herein shall carry the same meaning ascribed in the said announcements.

Bankruptcy Orders have been obtained against both Azman and Haliza. The Proof of Debt in respect of Azman was lodged with the Official Assignee (“OA”) Johor on 9 June 2025. A creditors’ meeting was convened on the same date but adjourned without resolution due to Azman’s absence. Meanwhile, the Proof of Debt relating to Haliza was filed with the OA Selangor on 27 May 2025, and the Company is awaiting further updates on the matter. 

Further announcements on the material development of the above matter will be made from time to time, where necessary.
