Reference is made to the announcement dated 22 October 2025 (“Initial Announcement”) in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between FSBM Holdings Berhad’s (“FSBM” or “the Company”) wholly-owned subsidiary, namely FSBM I-Command Sdn. Bhd. and Nanyang Petal Sdn. Bhd. for the proposed collaboration and cooperation in the palm oil plantation sector.
Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement dated 22 October 2025.
