Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 30 October 2025, 5 November 2025 and 7 November 2025 (“Earlier Announcements”) in relation to the Private Placement. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements. On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Board has fixed the issue price for the first tranche of Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement at RM0.1800 per FSBM Share. The issue price represents a discount of approximately 7.17% to the 5-day VWAP of FSBM Shares up to and including 19 December 2025 of RM0.1939.
