Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 30 October 2025, 5 November 2025 and 7 November 2025, 22 December 2025, 30 December 2025 and 31 December 2025 ("Earlier Announcements") in relation to the Private Placement. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Board has fixed the issue price for the second tranche of up to 26,895,337 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement at RM0.1910 per FSBM Share. The issue price represents a discount of approximately 9.91% to the 5-day VWAP of FSBM Shares up to and including 24 March 2026 of RM0.2120.
