The Board of Directors of FSBM Holdings Berhad ("FSBM" or "the Company") hereby announces that pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed Poll dated 5 April 2012, the Exercise Rights of the Warrants 2012/2022 ("Warrants") will expire on Monday, 16 May 2022 at 5.00 p.m. Pursuant to the Deed Poll, since 16 May 2022 is a non-Market Day, the expiry date shall be the date preceding the said non-Market Day, which is on Friday, 13 May 2022 at 5.00 p.m. ("Expiry Date").

Warrant Holders should note that the Warrants which are not exercised by 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date will lapse and become null and void and will thereafter cease to be valid for any purpose.

The important relevant dates and times in relation to the expiry of the Warrants are listed in the table below:-

The Notice to Warrant Holders in relation to the expiry and last date for the exercise of Warrants ("Notice") will be despatched to all Warrant Holders via electronic means on 12 April 2022.
